As many as you set under Max clients in the panel, 14 by default. We charge for RAM, not slots, and the old Quake III based engine is light, so the 1 GB plan already runs a full server.
The map setting lists all eleven stock maps, from Southern France and Algiers to Omaha Beach and The Bridge. The rotation itself, including custom maps, lives in main/server.cfg, which you edit in the file manager or over FTP.
Yes. Upload the .pk3 files into the main folder and restart the server. A custom map only loads for players who have the same .pk3 on their own PC, so share the files with your group first.
Add +set ui_console 1 to the game's shortcut to unlock the console, press the key under Esc in a menu and type connect followed by the IP and port from the panel's overview.
Both are under Startup in the panel. The server writes them into server.cfg every time it starts, so change them there rather than in the file.
