Yes. Crossplay is switched on by default, so PC, Xbox and PlayStation players land in the same match. It is a single setting in the panel, and turning it off gives you a PC only server, which some milsim units prefer when their modset is heavy.

Reforger does not use the Steam Workshop. Mods come from Bohemia's own Workshop inside the game: you list the mod IDs in config.json, the server fetches them at start, and every player downloads the same set automatically when they join. Console players get mods this way too, although each platform decides which mods it allows.

The server starts on Conflict on Everon. Arland, Combat Ops and Game Master are all one scenario ID away, and the server prints every scenario it can find to the console at boot, including ones added by mods, so you can copy the ID straight into the panel.

Set an admin password in the panel, join the server and type #login followed by the password in chat. From there you can kick, ban and open Game Master to spawn units and steer the fight while it is running.

Plans start at 6 GB, which suits Conflict without mods. Modded servers and long matches with a lot of AI use more, and you can step up 1 GB at a time to 24 GB without reinstalling anything.

Yes. There is a setting in the panel that disables third person, which is what most hardcore and milsim communities run. BattlEye is on by default as well, and both are switches in the panel rather than config file edits.
