Yes. The server reads its mod list from modconfig.lua in the galaxy folder, which you edit in the panel file manager or over FTP. It fetches the mods when it starts, and players who connect are given the same list, so nobody has to match versions by hand.

Yes. Upload the galaxy folder from your PC into the server's galaxy directory over FTP, set Galaxy Name in the panel to the exact folder name and restart. The server then loads your galaxy instead of generating a new one.

Enter your 17 digit SteamID64 in the Admin ID field in the panel and restart the server. More admins can be added later in admin.xml in the galaxy folder.

Difficulty from -3 to 3, collision damage, the autosave interval, whether new players share one start sector, how many threads update sectors and whether the server is listed publicly. Change a setting and restart the server.
