Yes. Log in at keymaster.beammp.com, create a key under Keys and paste it into the Authentication Key field on the Startup tab. Use a fresh key for this server rather than one already in use on another host.
New servers start with Private set to true, which keeps them out of the BeamMP server list. Players can still join with your IP and port. Set Private to false with a valid key and restart, and the server shows up in the list.
Put the map path in the Map field on the Startup tab, for example /levels/west_coast_usa/info.json for West Coast USA, and restart. For a modded map, upload its zip to Resources/Client first and then use the level name from inside the zip.
Upload the mod zip files to the Resources/Client folder over FTP. Every player downloads them automatically when they join. Server plugins written in Lua go in Resources/Server instead.
They need their own copy of BeamNG.drive on PC and the free BeamMP launcher from beammp.com. They start the game through the launcher and either pick your server from the list or connect directly with the IP and port.
